Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the sections to find the gift of your choice.
On the individual product page, if you require any personalisation options such as engraving, enter them in the fields and choose the size that you require.
Click "Add to Cart" and you will see that the item has then been added into your shopping cart. You can then click to checkout or continue shopping.
Shipping And Handling
All delivery costs are calculated on a weight/volume basis. This ensures that your product(s) are delivered by the most competitive service available. Charges are calculated at checkout.
** Please note that a signature is required on delivery of all orders, and orders will be returned if not signed for. You will incur an additional charge for the resending of all orders **
At this time, we are only able to ship orders to the UK.
If your order has been placed before 1pm (UK Time) your order will be dispatched the same working day for delivery the next working day. After 1pm your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Tax Charges 20% VAT is included within the price for orders made from the UK.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are processed using a secured connection. No card details are stored on our systems.

Personalised Goods If the buyer orders goods with Personalised Whisky Store.co.uk (3Sharp Ltd) that have been personalised, these goods are not covered by our regular 14 day refund policy.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you can cancel your order up to 14
working days after you have received your delivery (this does not apply to certain items such as
personalised products and perishable goods).
In the unfortunate event of a mistake been made on your personalised product, we will endeavour to correct this for you straight away.
You must inform us of this within 14 days.
Before a replacement item is issues, the incorrect item will need to be uplifted or returned by yourself (postage charges incurred for the return will be refunded).
Before ordering a personalised item, please satisfy yourself that the gift is what you require. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
